Dear FOIA officer

This is a FOIA request letter.

The items I am seeking is

All the communications, including, but not limited to emails fax, phone conversation records between OPM and media representatives.

As for the format, I prefer electronically basis.

I am a media representarive and request for Full fee waiver but stiill agree to pay upto 25 dollars.
